A specially designed class for adults 55+, focusing on functional fitness, mobility, and community!
Class Objectives:
1. Improve functional movement and mobility
2. Enhance cardiovascular health and endurance
3. Increase strength and flexibility
4. Foster social connections and community engagement
Class Structure:
1. Warm-up (10 minutes): Gentle mobility exercises and dynamic stretching
2. Skill/Strength Work (20 minutes): Modified CrossFit movements, focusing on technique and control (e.g., squats, lunges, step-ups, light weightlifting)
3. Conditioning (20 minutes): Low-impact cardio exercises, such as walking, jogging, cycling, or rowing
4. Cool-down (10 minutes): Static stretching and relaxation techniques
