We’ve been training one-on-one with Josh C for the last 12-14 weeks now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Josh C is focused on helping me and Suchi achieve our goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Our fitness has increased noticeably, and we’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete heavier squats/bench press/shoulder to overhead exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push ourselves harder throughout each session.
